New way to take out people you hate?

I have a scenario for you guys.

Say you hate someone a lot in game. And say they have a kong account, or an account that is separate from the SK forums. Or they just don't know about the SK forums.

What would stop you from, say, making an alt with a similar name, claiming it to be THEIR alt, and violating the tos, resulting in their ban?

For example: Say there is a player named Nick. And say he meets another player called Elitedragonlord1337. They do a clockworks run together, where Elitedragonlord1337 uses his polaris to troll enemies into Nick. After some conversation, Nick lets it slide, but learns Elitedragonlord1337 has a kong account, and subsequently is unaware of the foru
A few depths later, Elitedragonlord1337 trolls a trojan remspeately into a corner, trapping Nick. Nick ends up dying from a stray Love puppy bullet somehow. He becomes enraged, and asks for a revive. He is ou t of sparks. Elitedragonlord1337 refuses, and kicks him, proceeding to finish FSC with his CTR VH Blitz and MAX DMG trinkets for Vana in 2 minuttes.

Nick is left dead and bagged by a trojan. He decided to then make an account named Elitedragonlord1337-II on the forums, and made uncensored posts about non-kid-friendly info. He also puts his "ign" as Elitedragonlord1337, to make people believe he was the guy. What he posts is so vulgar and so disgusting that the traumatized CMs permaban Elitedragonlord1337. Elitedragonlord1337 rages in the support email, but the GMs decide he is lying and do nothing.

So Elitedragonlord1337 had spent $1337.37 (figure dat out) on the game to get his Elite tryhard gear, but ends up banned for something he did not do.

How would this situation be handled/prevented? I personally cannot see how someone could not be able to impersonate another person on tge forums. Like, I could make a new acct and call it "Insert Your IGN Here", and pretend to be you?

Any ideas?

Fortunately, we can tell when

Fortunately, we can tell when accounts are related to each other via methods other than names.

So if Nick made her account

So if Nick made her account on one computer, and he used a same computer to make Elitedragonlord-II, those would be linked? So you would be able to tell that Nick made that account?

What if Nick used her laptop to make the Nick account, used her mother-in-law's laptop to make the Elitedragonlord1337 account, and posted from 2 separate computers? WWhat would happen in that case?

Assuming separate wi-fi points too.

Would there be any way for Elitedragonlord1337 to prove his innocence?

They would most likely assume

They would most likely assume they have no link because they would still have different IP addresses.

The point is Elitedragonlord1337 and Elitedragonlord-II have different names and GMs will only block the account that's behaving bad without touching the other, regardless of the owner.

By e-mail...and you can't have two accounts or in game names of the same name. You would get a warning to change it.

@post #3 makes sense....looks

@post #3 makes sense....looks like that seems to hold.

@Juances

That would make sense tbh, but speaking from experience, different named accounts that are linked can result in ban. My main got banned because if what I posted on this, so I believe the IP link is the determinant.

Also, I truly do not mean to insult you, and you can ask me to delete this but....isnt Juances an STD? Pretty sure I learned that in health class¿

Well, for this to happen, either you have unprotected wifi and live close to your 'enemy' or an evil brother.
It's possible, yes, but you can't easily cast a ban on anyone you hate, the conditions to allow it must be perfect.

Sorry about the off-topic but...

What happens when you're offensive (very very offensive) but you use other language (other than english, german, french, spanish)? The player will complain but the GMs won't understand... and the offensive player won't be banned. It's not fair.

@Kamishinlnoyari

Avoiding the ban filters via vulgarities in other languages is still unnacceptable.
