Sometime towards the end of open Beta. Whenever that is, is when I started to play.
Although at this point I probably have a lot less play time than most people (just under 40 days or so?) . I went almost a year or so without playing much, and I'm heading that way again soon until we get a new batch of levels/missions ect, then I'll of course come back for a while.

September 9, 2009. I played the Alpha-Alpha version.
just kidding.
I played through Two Winterfest, Two Anniversaries, and i think Two Dark harvest. (guys, the 1st year events were very lackluster) and Steam was announced already for a couple of months, and the monsters werent nerfed yet. Wolvers were a pain in my T2 Butt.
Ill say Fall of 2011. Probably August.

Well....
Mine is a bit interesting. I started playing in late April / early May for a couple weeks. Then suddenly after the tails accessories update came out, my computer wasnt able to handle it and would give up running SK. Fast forward about 13/14 months later, I now have access to a much stronger computer. Remembering how much fun I had on SK, I decided to try it out again. I picked SK back up in early August of 2013, now stronger than ever!

Uh, I played sk for about (almost) 2 years already. Before missions and shadow lairs and there was only the arcade. Plus, energy still existed. There was also a lot of waiting at one level just for an arena. Man, these were the days...

When did SK migrate to Steam? Yeah, I started about a month before that. Only reason I don't use my Legacy Account (other than forgetting the password) is because I didn't feel like waiting for transfers to Steam and just started over again.
It's weird remembering when Flourishes were a new thing...

EDIT: no, apparently november 2012. well, with the client version at least. as a former kong user arrived some bit past snarby, the date could be the one stated above.
