Finding a seller for a Twilight Aura can be kinda hard. Even I never found one on the forums, only old topics from like 2012.
Your best bet might be the AH. Will run you an arm and a leg and fighting for it sucks sure, but they throw one up for sale like every week or so. Thats how I got mine, of course I had work when the auction would've ended so I became the 2nd person to bid 4 mil cr just to lock it down...
Not saying follow that example, but if you can manage the cash you might have a better chance there.
