I was soloing the Ice queen, it took me about an hour to make it to the sanctuary, I wasted over 20 sparks in the entire run and when I finaly made it, I COULDN'T PICK UP THE ECHO STONE D:, the game apparently glitched/buged and no matter the distance or angle I was from the echo stone it would activate or pick it up!

I had to leave without it, because, let be honest here, after trying to pick up a stone for 30minutes and failing you give up hope.

Is it possible for the GMs to give the echo stone to my knight so I don't have to do the run again just for a trophy? I have the proof that my knight just earned shadow lair clearance for t3 but doesn't have the echo stone, and let's be honest here, it's not like you pay 1800 ce every day to get the key so, any possibility of me forgetting it is out.

You sure you don't have it already? If not, send a support ticket. The least they could do is return your shadow key.

You did the wrong thing. Instead of trying alone for 30 minutes, you should have sent an ingame support ticket.
GMs would have been faster that way and wouldn't need proof.

I sent a support ticket, think it is possible for them to just add the echo stone to my knight? I mean, it's just a trophy that doesn't affect gameplay nor would it let me lie for a bonus like free items.

What do you mean, trying to pick it up? There's nothing to pick up. You click on that thing there{*}, opionally read through what it says, and get the message that it's copied into your arsenal. (But unlike Recon Modules, the 'Echo Stone' in your Arsenal then doesn't have the text in it for some reason, just three question marks.)

I wonder if you clicked that or tried to do something else entirely.

What GM can and can't do, only they can tell you, not random people on the forums. Sending a support ticket and waiting for an answer in the Sanctuary would have been the thing to do if something really went wrong.

Btw, first time I did Red Twins, I simply forgot to click that. Took a while, but I got to be there again and that time didn't forget. :)

So, not ideal but it's a suggestion: You could go there again, with friends, share the key cost, craft something to sell to get some profit out of the whole thing.

I'm giving an advice if someone else finds the problem or if it happens again. Stay in the party and call a GM down there, don't leave and report it the next day. It's safer that way.

I sent a support ticket, they say they can't help, if only called once I was there... guess I will have to waste ANOTHER 1800 ce to do it again... but well, that's my amazing luck.
