Bug reporting is bugged! Cannot send any more bug reports - no message saying "bug report submitted"

When reporting a bug, I (tested, not only I) do not receive "bug report submitted" message. In 15 minutes or so I received "bug report failed!" message...

Even the bug reports are broken, now? I think this MMO is soon to be condemned by the Department of Public Safety.
