drop your 3 pills before step on the party button, pick up the new 3 pills. step on the party button, then carry again the pills on the last arena room before step on the last party button, pick up again your pills that you left on the first party button. then youre ready.

Drop your remedies, leave the slot free and curse youself by spamming faust charges to kill everything quickly, then pick clean non curse-marked remedies to cure yourself in 5 seconds instead of 40.

You could drop vitapods and pick them back up again in the margrel fight to heal.
That still doesn't explain why you can't drop pickups.
