I got to Basil (t2), and he had recipes, and even though I had the money for it, they were all listed at zero quantity. I took a screenshot, but don't know where to attach it on this forum (that is my own issue though).

Did you join a party at the Terminal? You're required to finish one level before Basil to be able to buy anything over 1*.

I was with the party since the beginning of t2.
Haven't submitted an f2 bug report yet.

Have been having this problem
Have been having this problem as well in T3. Been joining lvl 21 - which is 2 floors before Basil - update specifies you have to play 1 full level before Basil to get recipes over 1star quality. That being said today I experienced twice in a row where I had zero access to recipes. Even though I played through enough of the area.

I had this problem on my last
I had this problem on my last run. I always join from the beginning of T2 and go through the levels to JK. When we got to Basil, he had a variety of recipes up to 4*, but every single one of them was sold out.

Same. I joined two parties at d11 (to make sure I played through D12). I didn't get anything.
I don't know if its related to going solo (I did this on d11 immediately). But that's bugged too so I wouldn't be surprised

You have to upload the picture to something else, like Imageshack or Photobucket, and then post a link to it. Convoluted, I know, but SK can't host all the images that would be uploaded.
Have you tried submitting a Support ticket or in-game F2 bug report?
