Hello people i was temporarily banned for farming love puppies and then selling their trinkets, so don't do it ^^
However I still have extra trinkets and i would love to hand them out to my guild mates but i do not know if i would be going against the terms of service by doing so...
GM Glacus warned me against selling the love puppy trinkets for profits, but if i gave them out instead of selling them will it be ok?

Why should anyone be friendly to exploiting scum? Trinket exploiters not being permabanned makes me a little sad.
Heart trinkets should've just been made bound on pickup and trinket exploiters should lose all their crowns / ce, a temp ban is just a slap on the wrist.
Well first I know I bought 2 trinkets from you....but regardless if you have them giving them out should not be a problem at all, but you can not receive cash or anything in return I guess. Thats just me going off what the GM said, but I suggest you send them a support ticket with your question to double check. Hope that helps.

No, I mean what part of selling trinkets is an exploit? Unless it's a bug that they're meant to bind on pickup but don't, I guess. Is that it?
Selling the trinket isn't the exploit, the way he acquired them was.
And trinkets acquired by using an exploit may not be sold, since that gives you an unfair advantage = against the ToS.
We're all kinda surprised here he got to keep the trinkets. There's of course no point in keeping them all, so OP wonders if giving them out without profiting from it would be against the ToS. A fair question, which is better directed straight at the Support people at OOO. You can see what it leads to when you post questions on the General forum.
