If you think you are good enough to not need it, then why did you complain? It's just a game mechanic. And face it, there's no way that Auto-Target is gonna be removed from game. Might as well just use it and get the best out of it. Though alas, that's just my opinion. You can do what makes you feel better as a Lockdown player.

Actually, that video essentially applies to everyone who plays LD with an ounce of seriousness these days. From the "pro" tactics of "map control" and "superior armaments". Hell, in some cases, even down to the OH MY GOD YEAH, I'M SO GOOD! I'M SO AWESOME AT THIS GAME! SO! GOOD!

Don't knock on LoL too hard, at least their devs actually attempt to cut back on the trash talk. Fo' reels!
And honestly, while no competitive gaming community will ever truly be free of trolls and jerks, the LoL community has gotten significantly better - I don't even play that often (lack of interest, commitment, and currently suffering a ~5.62 mbps wifi connection) but from time to time I notice that the incidents of truly obnoxious people has been steadily going down. It's not nearly as awful as it used to be.
Eh, but then again, LoL also has a large and wealthy enough dev team to continuously devote the time to constantly update, patch, and balance out the characters, equipment and skills. I mean, how long have we been waiting for a basic weapon re-balancing for PvP, or I should say, any at all between the older and newer gear? With that in mind, I don't think OOO has the man power or spare budget to hunt internet trolls and abusive team mates to thin an already anemic player base.
That being said, it's why despite how easy it is to rack up bans, suspensions and warnings for mere curse words here, I don't expect OOO to start kicking down doors to purge the hive of scum and villainy, young skywalker(... s?)

I got a good laugh out of this. I mean, how is that done, practically speaking? It seems like LD players and guilds love to insult one another personally. This seems to be a big part of the fun for them. I mean, take a look at the their website forums or posts in these forums. They are loaded with "smack talk and chest thumping" i.e. sarcastically demeaning and insulting other players while bragging about one's own poweress and exploits. It's pretty nauseating and as amusing as some players may find it (okay, okay, sometimes I, what's the expression? - "grab me some popcorn" to watch/read it too), the forums would be much better off without it, imo.
