@ hdragon, why is JK unprofitable now? I still profit when i do tier runs. Kinda sucks that you can't warp to floor 14 as easily as you used to be able to, but only cause the 1st 4 floors feel kinda boring.

Oh yeah, and 1 of the pros to staying could be it's FUN. If you don't think the gameplay is fun/engaging any longer then maybe a break is in order. Or maybe i should say--> Rewarding/Fun.

Personally, I just don't craft. Buying CE is perfectly sustainable for runs and I don't run so many dungeons anymore anyway because I know all the current ones.
And it doesn't hurt to grab some recipes I've been meaning to get. Crafting costs can only get lower!

I wanted to say. Leave for two week, and then return to see if there's new content. That's probably the best idea if you've got nothing to do or.

JK=not as profitable. You get like no tokens at all unless you do a full run. That makes the antigua/sealed swords series more expensive, but you need to unbind them (yet to be introduced), which ends up costing you much more.

Crowns were always only about 70 percent of the profit. Also, CE rose by 1k. That automatically cuts down on profit. Also, more and more of the more experienced players are quitting, which results in less competent Jelly King parties all around. Get ready to be frequently team-stomped by that purple blob. I'm going to stop now, so that godofskype1 doesn't actually quit.

Good news!!!! Based on your complaints of people not using the search engine to search for threads i searched got of skype banned and it took me to the thread about it.

P.S. I think it's a time based thing, but people starting a new thread to say the exact same thing as a current thread on the same page is becoming a pet-peeve of mine.

You should leave, no, seriously, if a change like this gets so deep in you then yeah, leave SK, download some emulators and keep the remaining of your days playing it safe.

Pros: youll be in a safe zone (emotionally).

Personally i dont like a couple of the changes but that doesnt puts me in your position. I can honestly say ill wait and see how things turn out, and also i can honestly say i try to refrain from all this drama (this being my only post about it).

yeah I also have an all recipe goal, but I had very little intention of making every item so for now I'm ok. Going to probably stop at 3* for now...even though I received major help on this goal from a quitting player, there's still more to pursue. I'm getting close though =x But now it looks like I'm going to have to spend major time collecting energy. I thought having a 1000 base was enough but nope... that's barely one item now hahaha... and gate picking is harder with people quitting and partying screwed up.

Anyway, to Skype himself, do what you think is best. If you aren't getting enjoyment out of this, then there's no point. I say take a break, see what happens in awhile. If you don't want to give it a chance, well, dump your items 8D

I do a lot of reading on the forums, and not a lot of posting. And I can say, even though you are often brusque, you obviously seriously care about the quality of the game as well as the quality of its players, at least how I see it.

Thanks for giving a lot of your time to the forums, even if a lot of it is anger at people re-asking questions, or asking questions you think are stupid, or at updates that frustrate you. I feel like I know firmly how you feel about most of spiral knights at this point. And I probably don't.

Nobody will ever receive a refund, just like basically all other MMOs operate.

You donate money to them because it's your choice to, regardless of what anyone says. Eventually, you don't like the game anymore, for whatever reason, then you leave. You don't get your money back, sorry, that's not how it works.

All MMOs change over time, and they all receive good and bad changes over time. Either you stay or you don't, but honestly not a single person cares if you stay or leave.
