hey when i started playing Spiral Knights i went on my Knight and everything was gone and i had to start from the begenning and that SUCKED HARDOUT! so i made a new Knight and can someone tell me how did that happen!

My friend also had the same
My friend also had the same event. He was 3* and hasn't logged on since late 2011 or mid 2012. Then he contacted me saying he's gonna come back to SK and then told me his old character was gone. I'm like "What in the!?!?"
