It would be really nice if we could access our mail and/or AH through some sort of web interface. People who have desk jobs probably can't log in to the game, but might appreciate the ability to bid on or sell a few items.
Additionally, a method of accessing the AH from within the clockworks would be nice. We can do it for the energy market. Is there any real reason we shouldn't be able to access the AH?
I'd definitely use functionality that let me bid while I was in the clockworks, especially since it so conveniently tells me "You have been outbid". Even a reply to the message with a current bid would work, if a little clunky, and having full access would be wonderful.
On the flipside, I could see parties slowing down if everyone paused before the elevator to check bids, so it would be a mixed blessing. Perhaps just a quick way to reply on a bid would be great, maybe via a chat command. It'd be nice if they even gave you those "You have been outbid" messages in chat and auto-refunded your crowns.
