Hello, I have a problem. I bought the "Battle Package" some time ago, and still haven't received my Prismatech Bomb Head and Body. I received everything else just fine, except for the Bomb Suit items. (Helmet, Costume Armor)
My IGN Is Jandgmeyer, and any help towards getting this problem/glitch/bug fixed is greatly appreciated.

I've searched my inventory over and over again and again...It's not there. And yes I know it's a costume :P
Have you tried mailing the game masters about this? maybe show some proof you bought it?
I suppose that would be a good idea, but I am not sure as o how I could prove that I bought it unless they looked at my purchases or something of the sort.

No, but it doesn't show up for a perfectly legitimate reason, on the bottom of the page it reads: "Purchases Older Than 3 Months May Be Expunged", And my purchase is older than 3 months, therefore, not registering.
Oh... then yes, you might have a problem.
But! there's still a way to prove it. Battle packs can be bought once per account. Hence, if you already bought it, it should be blocked now. That's your proof of purchase.
Yes! I cannot purchase it again, it is blocked, so hence I suppose I DO have proof :D Thanks a lot :D
Have you tried to look in the costume section? It does not count as armor, and maybe you didn't look hard enough. :P
