help!!!
ive been trying to log on for about 6 months now
ive sent emails to the support on armor games and here
when i get on armorgames it starts loading then it finishes and i see it on the dock
but then it like self-quits itself.
i have tried it for a long time. it was almost a 5 star account.
please fix it.

btw old accounts name was bacarat

Greetings,

You mentioned here that you are using a Mac. This means it's likely you have Java 7 installed on your system as the default Java version. Unfortunately Spiral Knights is currently incompatible with Java 7 on OS X. thankfully you should be able to re-install the old Java 6 provided by Apple and re-enable the web plugin by following these steps:

Download and install the most recent Java 6 version from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1572
Follow the steps in this Apple Knowledge Base article to re-enable the web plugin: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5559
Restart your computer

Once complete you should be able to start Spiral Knights properly again.
