I've played Spiral knights a year ago and got some crowns... today i started playing again but i had to make a new account. Later i checked the crowns and it didn't update? is it because of the new account?

The support portal on the wiki is your friend:
Crowns, mats and equipment aren't shared between accounts, or between characters on the same account, so yes, it is because you are playing on a new account.
