ok so I have 2 guns I have been aiming for,
The Valiance
The Blitz Needle

now I have a hard time deciding which first because of their advantages and disadvantages...
I currently have the master blaster and strike needle and both of them has a UV.
what makes it hard for me to decide is that my strike needle has a +fiend med and I only use my needle on vana runs.
Master Blaster on the other hand, has CTR VH and can be used for all enemies and I can use that for JK or OCH (if I have the money to afford it :p)
I have a hard time deciding on which one to upgrade to 5* first, because I'm sure fighting Trojans in the FSC would be easy for me with the UV
and on the other hand, I am usually not the main damager to Vanaduke

Which one should I go for first?

If you're going to play FSC exclusively, Blitz would be better choice. Otherwise I'd suggest going with Valiance first.
Of course the decision also depends on other weapons you have.

Plus everyone and their grandma got Blitz so, unless you're insisting on soloing FSC, you always have at least one skilled and capable Blitzer nearby :-D

It doesn't matter much. Soon you will upgrade both. But here are a few things to consider:

What are your other weapons? We can't evaluate these items in isolation. We can really only evaluate loadouts.

You use your pre-Blitz only in FSC, and your pre-Valiance everywhere else. Well, how much do you run FSC? Is it more important to you than everything else, or not?

Your fiend+2 UV is better than nothing, but it's not so special that you should be planning your equipment around it. Keep in mind that although Vanaduke is technically a fiend, fiend damage bonuses do not apply to him. So, in FSC, that UV helps you with trojans and silkwings only. In fact, when upgrading that gun I would try for a new UV, just in case you can get CTR or ASI (one of the really valuable UVs).

Based on what you've said,

Based on what you've said, I'd go with Blitz, if only because it's easier to farm for Radiant Fire Crystals/Eternal Orbs of Alchemy/crowns there. It'll make upgrading the Valiance come that much sooner.

+2 vs Trojans is also pretty darn good. I have a Blitz with no damage modifiers and I usually play Elite, and I tell ya, it's not a good feeling to shoot Trojans at point blank and know they'll survive by just a liiiiittle bit HP. If you got UV vs Fiends on your Blitz, it'll make life much easier on FSC. You might not be the top damager to Vana now, but you'll make things a whole lot easier if you can consistently OHKO Trojans.
