Holdeon, here are the important facts from your post:

• You solo a lot. So you want to use damage bombs in addition to support bombs. So you benefit from all abilities: damage bonus, CTR, MSI. (If you played in parties, and you were focused on support bombs, then you wouldn't need damage bonus as much.)
• You don't have big CTR UVs on your bombs yet, and you may not have them any time soon, as you're just trying out bombing for now.
• You play with only two weapon slots and no trinket slots. So all of your abilities come from helmet, suit, and sprite perk.
• You haven't mentioned Black Kat Cowl, so you probably don't have it.

You'd like to get 16 points worth of abilities (CTR+6, damage+6, MSI+4). With Chaos, you can amass 12 points total. (I'm including CTR+2 from heat level 10 and something+2 from sprite perk.) The same goes for Mad Bomber, but ignore that set entirely. With Volcanic Demo, Bombastic Demo, or Mercurial Demo (or a mix of them), you can amass 8 points total. With a mix of Chaos and something else, you can amass 10 points total. So you have to decide how offensive you want to be, and pick one. I'd go for CTR before everything else, myself. But if you can get bombs with CTR UVs, then you'll want to get damage bonus and MSI from your armor instead.

As far as choosing bombs goes, you haven't asked anything specific enough. Read the Bombing Guide again? Make sure you try a blast bomb, a haze bomb, a vortex bomb, and a shard bomb, just to sample the variety available.

Looks good, it seems very balanced. Vortex and Voltaic Tempest is indeed crazy good. The more enemies the better. It seems to me that Nitronome will be more for defense and finishing off the last couple enemies.

I dunno about getting a trinket for bomb damage though. I guess it depends on what's going to be your main damage dealer. Personally, I only have 2 weapon slots, so I use the Graviton Vortex/Voltaic Tempest combo whenever I can. The damage this combo deals comes more from Shock rather than the actual explosions. So a bomb damage trinket doesn't seem optimal.

If Nitronome is going to be your primary damage dealer, the trinket makes sense, but you might want to reconsider Graviton Vortex. VT will remain useful regardless, but if you're going to solo and Nitro-spam, then GV might be a bit of a hindrance? GV takes awhile to charge up and it'll slow your movement down. Nitro's blastiness means you wouldn't need to gather everyone together with GV, especially if you're going to solo. Instead, you'd want something to slow down the enemies, like VT.

I can see getting GV if you're getting Dark Briar Barrage rather than Nitronome, since you can overlay several DBB on the gathered enemies. But doesn't Nitro's knockback make it a one-hit type?

If Nitro's going to be your primary damage dealer, you might want to consider replacing GV with Venom Veiler. Especially if you're going to solo T3 and do Danger Rooms. I find the menders in T3 to be super annoyingly effective. As a bomber, I can wipe out dozens of enemies in the blink of an eye, but if I don't get that Mender, those last 1 or 2 enemies are nigh impossible to kill. A poison haze bomb would fix that issue, and it'd improve your general survivability and damage dealing as well.

That's just my opinion though, bear in mind I'm hardly a top tier bomber and my experience with blast bombs is minimal outside of DBB (I like playing in parties, so knockback annoys me)
