There is no guild that ....

* Does a good amount of GVG

* is decent at pve

* has active members

* an good community

* stable

* good structure

i mean like i tried guild after guild after guild and NOTHING its so fustrating i can't take it there is no guild that i have joined in all my SK years and im angry .... and im not saying that every guild does not have this but it seems like if the guild does meet this their standards are super high and its just not cool at ALLL im very fustrated that i can't find one good guild U_U

If you have such high expectations for a guild then the guild has the right to expect more from you. Besides I'm pretty sure you guild hop a lot specially with your alts.

I know the guild The Nights Watch has had a balance of PvE and PvP in the past. Try to poke perronius if you want both.

Yes, that is a lot to ask

Yes, that is a lot to ask for. I'm sure a good amount has their peaks from my experience. Although, it is a challenge on keeping the flow together.
I can imagine some guild having all those qualities at some point, but from what I recall from two years of guild managing getting something like that consistent is unrealistic; Things change, people come while others go, updates happen. For the most part, I think the important thing for me as a guild leader is to make things adaptable while keeping that core value on what motivated the guild in the first place. Heck, try running a guild yourself and I'm certain all of this will become more clear.

All I'm saying is don't expect something to be perfect all the time. Everything has it's strengths and weaknesses.
I'd advice to look for a guild you can relate to, a guild that allows you to be yourself and enjoy the game more; One where you can make some friends in.

Well

Altosk does pvp and pve and we're pretty active and stable and we don't have any requirements to join. Sooooo ya I don't think there is a complete absence of those kinda guilds on SK
