What are drop rates for orbs of alchemy, since I run Jelly King 5 times a day, and It never seems to drop, Sparks of life are more common then orbs.

Can anyone answer the question? Thank you if you can.

EDIT: They were on elite mode

The drop rate increases as you go to a higher difficulty.

At least, that's what I think.

Play smaller levels with more boxes. RJP doesn't seem optimal.

Yes, Sparks of Life seem more common than orbs of alchemy. I see no reason to be surprised by this; the developers haven't ever promised the opposite, have they?

There have been many threads about whether difficulty levels affect the drop rate for orbs of alchemy. Every one I've seen has been inconclusive. Getting a reliable quantification would take a lot of work, and it seems that nobody has done that work. But you can search anyway:

Elite vs. Eternal

I have accidentally found a bit of info on this. Using the mission "In cold blood" and "Plan of attack" only doing the first depth over and over on elite. I noticed that every 5 depths of "In cold blood" I would find an eternal orb. Then in "Plan of attack" I would find an elite orb every 15 depths.

**The two missions are the same kind of depth.**
