However, I am willing to sell the blue rose set for 20k CE and the gold rose set for 25k CE as long as the buyer is happy. I also don't have the luxury of time to spend selling the sets for the market price :[ and I don't really want them to pay too much for the sets!

Blue sets go for about 30-35kE. Someone sold one for 20kE few weeks back which is really cheap. But don't expect good/high offers in this market these days. I'd save it or find a desperate buyer.
Gold sets go for about 35-40kE. I'm personally selling a set at 30kE which is a cheap price. I've been trying to sell this for several weeks and still no buyer. All I have to blame is how dead the market is.
