So I got SK two days ago and decided to blitz it. Currently I'm at Champion rank, everything 5* at playtime 24 hours.
Out of curiosity, what's the time record for completing SK?

complete:
a. all rank missions
b. all player achievements in player tab
c. beat all 4 shadow lairs
d. beat operation crimson hammer Tier 3
e. collect at least three 5* items from Sullivan from playing lockdown
f. level up a battle sprite to lvl 100 + all bonus perks thereafter
g. achieve horse icon by doing prestige missions
no idea on fast these can be accomplished...but...good luck!
There's no incentive for speed running except closure. And unless you want to just beat everything and leave, which will at least take you several months if you have exceptional talent and do all the prestige missions daily, it would be more satisfying to enjoy the game and progress with some friends.
You can't beat an mmo. You can only quit. Any completion you can attain can be removed at any time with redux, expansions and content addition.
Haha. How wold you speed run the master miner one?
"You can't beat an mmo."
Sure you can. You beat all the current content. The release of Megaman 2 didn't undo the completion of Megaman 1, you just have something new to complete.
Try to do it without $.
@Iron-Dragon-Guild
Three 5* items from Sullivan? You are crazy. Ld became even more annoying after 30 july update, no more bomb masks now, before people could put their mist energy.
@Blade-Of-Grass The same way you revive an ally sharing your health.
Hint: you can't.
Megaman should, for the sake of sanity, not be used to illustrate mmo content being beatable. Standalone games are not open ended like mmos.
And while it is true that you can beat all content a mmo offers, unless the upper boundary of the game is set in stone for all time, you cannot actually complete the game itself. In this case, completing the game would mean leaving cradle after accessing the core, which in all honesty will probably never happen.
If you don't want to look at it that way, that's fine. I guess a better example would be Final Fantasy... you can beat the game, but then still have stuff you want to do in the game. That doesn't mean you didn't beat the last boss and complete the story.
The way I look at an MMO is like looking at a series of games with similar gameplay coming right after another, like Megaman. The gameplay is still the same, and there's new content, but it didn't undo the completion of previous content by having more.
In WoW, if you beat all the raids before the launch of the expansion, you beat Vanilla WoW. If you beat all the raids in Burning Crusade, you beat Burning Crusade, etc.
One does not simply complete Spiral Knights.
~insert Boromir meme pic here~
"Do a speed run for all achievements *evil laugther*"
LOL (:
Regarding bomb masks, a Cursed Bombhead Mask appeared in the prize slot when I filled up 25 energy a couple of weeks ago(after that big update).
In other words, Bombhead Masks are still available prizes in the coliseum, unless you mean that they appear less often now due to the lack of spare mist energy to give.
Using Steam might be inaccurate, but it's worth a try, I guess.
