Cannot run game on Kongregate

For some reason I'm unable to access Spiral Knights from Kongregate, but I can access it from the main SK website. My main account is on Kongregate, and it's a bit frustrating to not be able to use it anymore. Is there some way that I would be able to access my Kong account from the SK website?

Sorry for not being all that clear...
But when I said I can't access SK from Kongregate, I mean that the entire Kongregate site is down for me. I can't even open up the main site-- it shows up as a bunch of text. I'm not sure if it's a restriction that my college's internet has placed on the site or what. The odd thing is that I can still pull up SK from the main site. Any tips for what I might do next to rectify this situation? Or should I just realize that my account is lost forever, flip a table over, and move on with life?

I'm mainly a kongregate player, and I have no problem, maybe it's your computer.

Same problem
Sorry for the necro, but the same thing has happened to me. I've spent around 3-5k hours in this game over the past 5 years, and I'd really hate to see it go to waste. :( I've tried every option, and there doesn't seem that there's a way to get my account back on my own.
How are you unable to access your account on Kongregate? Is it that the automatic log in isn't working?
If this is the case please try logging out and then back into the Kongregate site. Then, when on the Spiral Knights page, make sure that the plug icon to the upper right of the chat room shows green. Otherwise Kongregate will not treat you as logged in when you launch the game.
