I have a few art requests. Before I go into detail, I'll outline the general qualities I would like:

*The characters will be human, drawn in anime style with realistic proportions.
*You should be able to generate the character in any given pose.
*You should be able to create a reasonably detailed background.
*The quality of the work should be worth anywhere between 2kce to 20kce.
*I own 1411ce at the time of writing, but can readily acquire more.

Anyone interested in taking the commission(s) must submit a sketch to me here on this forum. Whoever's sketch I like best will get the commission to finish the art piece.

Any takers?

Most SK art today....

Speaking as an artist myself, I kno that spiral spy work is more common than drawings... Mainly because drawing takes a lot more time time to make the drawing and put in details... I'll do it on spiral spy but that's the best u can get since there isn't many drawers I've seen around...

I can give it a shot, though I cannot guarantee quality simply because Ima have to experiment quite a bit, and the fact that inking seems to be worth less than digital coloring (I want a real life undo button D':) If you would like me to do a quick sketch, send me the details over SK (IGN MrUNleash) or my DA.

All right then.

I'd like my character to have this face, hair, body, wearing this armor without the black bodysuit and with much thinner & tighter boots and gloves, wielding a Divine Avenger, and carrying a Crest of Almire with a pair of knives sheathed behind it.

She is walking in this pose. The overall spirit of her appearance is closer to this than to this.

Just a very basic sketch for now. Ima redo the entire thing from scratch it if I get chosen for the job, so I can make as many tweaks as you may want(some of the anatomy and design you might wanna redo), and will include shading and detail.

(My scanner is broken for the time being, so this'll have to do for now).

That's not bad, actually. Her facial proportions are a little off, and she could use a fuller pair of lips (still serious expression, though), but that's a great start. Thank you Mrunleash!

Now, who's going to compete with Mrunleash? Surely the rest of you aren't going to let him get away with all the money and glory? Let's see some sketches!

Hot dang Jester, that's pretty good! Her head is a bit too large for her body though, and her armor doesn't look quite right.

Mrunleah got her armor style right, down to a tee. It's perfect. But Jester captured the face and spirit so well that I don't mind (and may even prefer) the different pose.

The competition ends Saturday, folks. There's still time to make changes to your drawings or submit new ones. I could be persuaded to extend the competition.

Great work so far!

P.S. Should I increase the commission value? The high quality of the work being done should be well-compensated.

I could try to do it tomorrow in the early afternoon, but it won't be much detailed. Just a general body shape and clothes. Is that ok with you?

If you want me to redo the entire sketch with the changes, I can as well, but it'll most likely be completed on Monday or Tuesdays :{U

Either way is fine, though a good sketch is more likely to nab the commission, as it gives me a better idea of what I'm buying. Do a basic sketch first, then a more detailed one, and only do the rest of the drawing after you're paid. ;)

So yeah, I've been busier than I expected ._. But managed to squeeze in enough time to do a very rough outline before I drown in homework.

If I somehow happen to get the job I'll prioritize more time into it, because right now chances aren't that great, and I needa be using my time for other things if I feel like I'm not gonna get the job :U

I can "try" to do a more detailed sketch, but I won't know for sure how fast I could get it done without rushing it.

I may draw up a sketch if I get a moment this weekend. Been getting re-inspired by SK and am pretty broke on here. *shrug* good practice too. Though I'm busy I'll try and draw a sketch and get your opinion/ critique on it. Then you can let me know if you want to change it.
