I was crafting Flourishes. On the SAME DAY, first flourish was +dam vs Construct VH, and the second was CTR med and +dam vs Slime Med.

I crafted a slime low Radiant Sun Shards before shardmageddon. Sometime after, I figured I'd reroll it since the bomb was no longer actually kind of decent against slimes.
Got another slime low.
Forever a low.

Back when mist crafting with alts was possible I spent a few months crafting and rolling gunslinger sashes in an attempt to get pierce max. It never happened.
Then the alchemy orb update came and now it seemed that the window of opportunity had closed. But guess what the 2nd thing I crafted was.
Punch is better left for the mostly uncraftable gear, now that rage crafting can recoup most of its costs. Besides, what else are you going to use thousands of shards for anyway

I got CTR low on a T3 Hammer, Beast VH on a FoV, and Beast VH on the old, Piercing Shard bomb. Then they changed the piercing shard bomb to elemental, which derped it all up.

I used to rage craft a lot but I just kept getting CTR Medium. Seriously. I have like 5 swords with CTR medium if not more. Not gonna say I mean to complain but I never get say, ASI medium or better CTR or ASI UVs.

First roll was ASI VH on Combuster. With a Vog Coat... ASI MAX FTW!!!
Rolled again with a 3-UV, kept the ASI, and got Gremlin High Construct low.
Crafted a Prisma Driver and got Gremlin VH.

maybe it is better to use then the gran faust if your in it for its charge attack, but if you just want a 5 star sword that deals great damage without charging and has great speed then the GF is for you...or the acheron if you want to be more safe from your enemies.

Not quite sure what you're getting at but Poopsie is right. You use Faust because it charges a lot faster and thus, with a good amount of cure protection and plenty of CTR, you can be cursing your enemies faster than I can count to potato.

You know what really grinds my gears..?
Getting the same UV twice in a row.
I was rerolling my Dark Thorn Shield one time, and it already had a UV of "Increased Elemental Defense: High" on, and I saw that was barely anything useful, except maybe against the Tier 1 elemental monsters in Stratum 1. I was hoping to get a UV for increased piercing defense, since the Bristling Buckler alchemy path lacks the defensive power of the Cobalt shields, which at times can be quite frustrating to deal with, especially when you're used to the output of the Cobalt shields.
So I got the same blasted UV, and it almost made me want to fling my headset across the room during a Skype call.
Could be worse...
I got two UVs on my Gran Faust during its upgrade phase from the prerequisite. My mind was thoroughly blown away when I discovered they were low damage bonuses against fiendish AND undead monsters.
And getting a UV on a set of Emberbreak armor, when I was crafting it to put on the AH for the newer recruits to look into getting for about 600 - 999 crowns (I like helping the newer ones, mind you.) , with a maximum increase to normal defense was just all fine and dandy.
I swear this game is trolling the bojangles out of me at times.
