Reconciliation and Communication

I appreciate the huge amount of frustration that the community has at the recent update. I have a lot of frustration at it too, for various reasons I won't go into at the moment.

This is a petition to please TRY to refrain from using angry, belligerent, or otherwise aggressive language to communicate when giving suggestions and discussing things.

For me, if I was being yelled at, I would be significantly less likely to respond to your complaints and requests with sincerity and thought. Perhaps, if I had, lets say, hundreds of forum posts to read, I would even skip responding to the ones that felt non-productive or less frustrating.

We have a new staff member reading our suggestions and responding to us. Personally, I don't envy their job. It would really hurt to be yelled at by hundreds of people on the behalf of a recent employer. I request that we, if all possible, try and treat them with respect, and communicate our pains and concerns in an informative and constructive way.

Everyone needs a place to vent, and I understand that. I would hope there would be a forum or topic, something in which people could let out their hate and aggression and frustration at the hours of work we perceive we may have wasted, at the apparent lack of communications before the update, whatever is frustrating us. But I would request that we try, especially in the suggestions and general discussion forum, to treat one another and the OOO staff with respect.

Thanks for your time for reading this, and I hope you think the idea has some merit.

Its her job

To handle the aftermath of this patch. She wasn't hired before the patch. She was hired at the same time. Her first job is to handle the very real negative sentiment this patch was predicted to create.

Why did you have to make this

Why did you have to make this topic so serious...now this is out of place..

However, I must say this topic is more special than the others...because...

Syor- I appreciate the artful

Syor- I appreciate the artful reference to the knight's code, and I saw the tread before. I tried to make a thread that was a little more serious because people have been getting genuinely angry in some of the threads, and I wanted to direct that anger towards making the game better instead of continuing a hate war with the developers of a game that I really enjoy.

NegimaSonic- I wish everyone was so whimsical about the changes :) Unfortunately, many people have been getting very upset with what they believe was a misrepresentation of how they spend their money, and I wanted to make sure we're holding each other by the hand instead of the throat. I don't want to alienate the playerbase from its developers, especially in this time of really intense game change.

lol I'm not happy about everything but I can live (but hey I'm just a free player ). I can say I'm happy for the latest patch though, fixing parties is all I really wanted back.
