Some people are regretful that the Dangerous costumes don't have any prismatic textures in them, and while I do believe that it would be cool, I also understand that what we're wearing is a uniform. The Recon Rangers is an elite military group, unlike our armor which does not lend itself allegiance to any faction, the Dangerous costumes do.

I realize that these past events, the Gourmet and Danger event, are using up old resources like Biscotti's outfit and the ranger's outfits and they might have done something with it if they spent more time. (See my post in the suggestions about slowing down on these events) Though the Chef event had Cleavers and alternate costume colors... (I guess more time was put into that one...), I think that it's cool to wear a uniform, where you DO look like everyone else once in a while, because in a game like this you hardly see anyone look the same as you go down the ranks. A sense of uniformity is somewhat related to teamwork, and I like that, especially in a game where teaming up has been going down in popularity and sensibility.
