Fullscreen and Inventory

I'm new and just started today and I have quite a large problem.
I decided to talk to a crystal vendor but now I'm stuck because I cannot see the x. Is there any way to do fullscreen? Also, is there a way to open your inventory?

"I" opens and closes inventory.
"P" For the player equip screen.
"Tab" for both at once.
"F5" to see your recipe list.
"Esc" for the options box, the fullscreen toggle is in the middle.
