I'm afraid I cannot do that high sorry.

Also I can maybe raise the price but item wise. How about a Divine Avenger ASI High (easily worth 14kE) and 2kE (all I got). Adds up to a total of 16kE which should be close enough to the BKC right?

Furthermore, have you seen "Program's Thread?" He is buying a Black Kat Cowl at 15kE and is getting it with UV Shadow and Elemental Medium which is even better so I think my offer is good as it is.

i just really need ce hopping to another item would be counter productive and nothing seems to move as fast as a bkc so i think ill have to hold out for ce only on this one can send a friend request or mail in game if interested ill be updating this thread as things move also might accept tf2 keys
