unless prices have drastically inflated, Volcanic Halos usually only go for 10-15k ce. Might want to ask around about this, though.
That seems strange. I asked Amun-Sekhmet and he said it is worth 20kE+.
Also, I remember there was a similar thread to this and Apophis-Set said his friend was paying 2 million crowns for one I believe
