This problem can usually be resolved by rebooting your modem or wireless router (if you have one). If your modem doesn't have a power switch you can reboot it by unplugging it and waiting about twenty seconds before plugging it back in. Make sure you won't be interrupting anyone else's work when you do this!

whenever i play in this website its still the same problem stuck at the character selection
