I think they did something like this for the "It's time for retail release!" party at the end of the preview beta.
They threw colorful particle effects everywhere and added a harmless Royal Jelly into the Arcade. You could walk right through him, too. Players were gathering inside to see how many they could fit in there. "It's like a TARDIS! Bigger on the inside!"
Maybe if they throw another party in Haven they'll put some Ravesilvers in.
