It's just a small question that's been on my mind. Can you hit for 1000 damage in one hit? (no Blitz Needles or Catalyzers)

If you have done it in the past, can you link a screenshot? I've gotten to the nine hundreds with sword charges in Shadow Lairs, but I don't recall ever getting into the thousands. My memory could just be messing up, but thanks.

I believe that'd be DA charge vs Lost Soul in GitM T3. Of course you'll need a couple of sword bonuses.

Unless there's a cap to damage, if you used a Graun faust charge on a slime on stratum 6, with a Skolver coat and cap, and had a liquifier perk, you could hit just above 1k

How crazy would it be to mix plague's poison with deadly cloak and a disintegration ray?
You need at least 2 players to pull it off...

I Zedstimated your scenario using two of Zeddy's damage charts and you probably wouldn't go very far past 800 if you even do that much damage.

I've heard people claim to do it using a Sudaruska/Triglav charge on Vanaduke. Haven't tried this myself yet though.

Or just attack Lost Souls, who have no defence to reduce in the first place.

I had Soral do this last year.

In case you're wondering, you can obvously go higher than this. In theory, it should be something like this:

Divine Avenger charge attack.
Max damage bonus, duh.
After uncloaking with Deadly Cloak.
Also you just revived with a spark.
And an ally used frenzied firestorm.
Do this on a D28 homing Howlitzer as they have no defence.
You might actually want to do this in a Shadow Lair. Aren't those at deeper depths?

In theory, this should achieve 2658 damage, but I don't know how if Frenzied, Deadly Cloak and Spark of Life's boost stack, if they do at all.

What about CTR Max? Chaos+Dmg perk/trinket+fullyheatedDA because the the bonus attack power from cloaking is quite short.

Disintegeration Ray reduces enemy defence. Lost Souls and homing Howlitzers have no defence. Thus, it wouldn't change anything.

First the enemy wad slime ( giant lichen colony )
second i died.
third i used aspark ( dmg bonus )
i had a GF
I used my shadow cloaxk ( maskeraith ultimate that make you way faster when you stop it )
second hit did about 1260 ...

( ALSO ALREADY HAD DMG BONUS VS SLIME VH )

Can't completely remember...

I remember I once wondered this same question around a year ago, so I went to a Vanaduke fight (D28) and hit a Slag Walker with a poison vial then a DA max damage charge. I think it was in the high 900's (not including flying swords) but all my screenies got deleted when my computer died in March (including my best LD score for T2 and T3 :<) so I can't confirm this. Should've uploaded them to the Steam Cloud....
