i am not sure if this is right place to ask but im sure it wont hurt.

im haveing a lot of trouble in real life and im not able to find any jobs leatly, my family is in debts and i would like to help by earning some money online.
i think i found a way to do so by bloging and i have a old spiral knights story i wrote in around 20 chapters long ago, i thought about posting that story on the blog/wepage/thing. its the story that shows the lives of few characters and their advanture as spiral knights, people would search around, come across my story, reed it perhaps.. and on the other side of the screen there would be some google adds. i would earn money for marketing/leading people to those adds. they would reed my story, i would help publish the game and should they happend to take a look at the google adds i would score some money from it. only thing i am scared off is copyright and things like that as i wouldnt like my story or project to get destroyed. i AM NOT trying to rip game off, sell its content or anything like that. in fact i am very old SK player and i still enjoy the game today. its just that i have the story, i would like to talk about it, publish the game and perhaps earn some money from doing it in meantime. i would work for google adsence, if things prove right.

my question is, im i alowed to do this? if not then my apology, i will send this topic to graveyard soon. i am just not sure what to do and how and where to search.. sorry for bad spelling, i hope i didnt weaste your time

Just capatilize the Is. If you're worried, try to create something inspired by SK. Edit the story.

I hope your stories aren't

I hope your stories aren't written the same way you typed that post.

It really doesn't take too long to hit the shift key or make sure you spelled words correctly.

Yes. I laughed at reading "reed" and started worrying about the story

Disregarding other things that people have brought up, there are a few problems with publishing for $$$.

The main one is that it's just difficult to make a profit. Most writers aren't exactly living in the lap of luxury. There are a LOT of good writers out there trying to get a book published, with only a small portion of them succeeding, and an even smaller portion of those making a decent profit.

Furthermore, how often can you find, in a legitimate bookstore, a book of fanfiction? The only times I see this is if the company who owned the original property, or published the original property, shoved it through the process. In which case, I guess it's no longer fanfiction.

Fifty Shades of Grey was a Twilight fanfic revised.

If you want to make money, get a job working at your local supermarket. You should have no problem unless you're like, 10.
