Rotting Metropolis
keep doing the first level on elite of rotting metro, its guaranteed orbs. Theres like atleast 10 boxes on the first level.

Rotting Metropolis is a very good mission to get eternal orbs. I tried it. I literally farmed orbs from there.

Well, I've found some in D17, and basically all of Tier Three gives them as well. FSC has a lot as well as Danger Missions with the end vaults. Play T3 a lot and you'll find they really aren't rare at all.
