There's not much we can do on this end. The issue is that your PC seems to be set the wrong way around: prioritize power saving on charger, prioritize performance on battery.

Go to your power plan settings (Right-click Battery icon > Power Options > Change plan settings (next to your current power plan - High performance) > Change advanced plan settings). From there, check what values are set for On battery, and Plugged in.

Before you make any changes, I'd recommend you make a new plan based on High performance, and then edit Plugged in values so they match On battery, and see how SK handles.

If this fails to work, it may be a hardware issue.

Some notebooks can't work

Some notebooks can't work with full load while charging. Wait for full charge or unplug battery, but don't forget about it.
