...increase the damage caused by burn and shock? From what I've gathered from various threads, recon deathmark can remove enemy defenses and invisibility frames (I think?), but I don't recall seeing anything about it increasing burn and shock damage.
Shock is reduced by defence, so the deathmark will basically triple shock damage.
Fire remains unaffected.
