Situation: T3 LD, shoot a person once with storm driver and inflicts shock, uses full combo of a Cutter. Individual who was attacked said the cutter only did 2 bars damage total.

Gear: attacker- Full Chaos set, storm driver, cutter uv ASI VH, striker class
Victim- Full skolver set, weapons don't matter, no uvs on anything, striker class

Is the damage statement valid?

Extra info: The person attacked did not count the initial damage and status done by the gun; only the cutter slashes were taken into account. All cutter slashes (including phantom slashes) made contact with the person attacked.

Cutter is pretty weak but nowhere near that weak.

The regular hits should be doing 4.3 bars in themselves and the ghost swings 2-3.

Oh, wait. Do you mean cutter as in the 2* weapon? If you attack a neutral enemy on D25 with it I think you should end up at a total around 220 damage, or 5-6 bars, and that's not even taking damage bonus into account. Neutral enemies should have a bit more defence than a skolver does, so I'm not sure what's up with that.

Yeah, 2*. Thanks for the info, Zeddy.

p.s. Someone is using my account on the forums and is posting who-knows-what on other people's threads. What should I do?

Dude change your password

Dude change your password immediately.

Also, you'd get better damage estimates in t2 lockdown? I'm pretty sure lower star weapons start to become less effective the deeper you go, not just in the star-wise lack of relevance.

I was able to change my password, but it looks like the damage has already been done to my reputation. The person who used my account posted the same nonsense phrase repeatedly on several threads. Looks like I am screwed :(
