My suggestions, which may have already been suggested before are:

~ Guild Message board (In Guild House) – guild discussions, policies, rules, Schedules can be posted here.

~Guild Storage/Banking- to store resources for funding future events or stockpiling items and materials for guild members.

~Mass guild mailing system - CC/Bcc would be nice. Guild members should be able to contact multiple members via mail or anyone in game like this as a matter of fact.

~Last logged in info on members so leaders can see how active members are and how long a guild member has been in a guild info/date.

~Guild announcement/Messenger – Great communication tool – when members logon they will see this message on the Chat screen. For Example: [Guild Announcement] Guild meeting @ 8:00 pm, Saturday. Est.

In my opinion, these are the most effective guild management tools needed currently to run an efficient and successful guild. Communication is very important in any organization. Currently most guild leaders are setting up their own forums and communication boards through various websites, but why do that if we can have that here.
