When does the "Dark Harvest" Come out?

My Friend "Chiefcoolguy" and I have been waiting for ever! We are waiting for the "Dark Harvest" festival to come... Can anyone help us out here? :(

It was the 17th last year, so it'll probably be the 16th this year(to keep it on a Wednesday).

This year it will not the 16th :(

Today (october 16th) there wasn't a patch for Dark Harvest Festival. I think it probably will tomorrow or at maximum the 23th...but I prefer tomorrow xD
