So... i can't realy describe it perfectly but i'll try it so i was Playing Spiral Knights before the latest Update i tried installing it but it kept failing when it was ''Completed'' on steam after a couple times updating this happened

-No Buttons to press on
-Characters are White
-Little Images with eRRor
-Black Background
And more of these things

probaly something gone wrong in updating the game
but I'm Scared of ''Deleting Local Content...'' since it would Delete Every Game data from Steam...
So do i just have to wait for the next update or can i somehow Re-Update it? Without losing my gamedata

1.Remove SK folder

1.Remove SK folder "Steam\steamapps\common\Spiral Knights"
2.Go to Steam library
3.Open Spiral Knights properties
4.Local files-> Verify integrity of game cache.
Steam will say that you missed about 600 files and download it again.

Didn't Work!

Validating Steam files - 100% complete
All files successfully validated
*Note it happened in not even 1 sec.

I did deleted Spiral Knights in the SteamApps folder

Try to reinstall the game.

Looks like steam created validating checkpoint that he used for that check.

I deleted the Spiral Knights Folder (Back ups, and moar)

Tried the Verify thingy

but im sorry but i don't know what you mean by Move it to recycle since you
can only erase it

Maybe if you restart steam it

Maybe if you restart steam it will validate files properly.
If it wouldn't help, remove appmanifest_99900.acf from steamapps folder, restart steam and run the game.

I see this is solved but..

Remember the: ''Deleting Local Content...'' since it would Delete Every Game data from Steam...
The Delete Local Content doesn't delete every game. It deletes the game you selected. So, it just does what you've been doing: deletes the SK folder from Steam's steamapps folder. If you were concerned about your characters and whatnot, they aren't stored locally (or so I believe).
