I like the loot room in Heart of Ice, with the giant pillar of Everfrost. Same with the Snarbolax boss fight arena.

in mmorpg i usually prefer open world for nice places, but i think there was also some devilite mission with confetti rain, that looked kinda fun imo

Like Klipik said, the bridge between Haven and the surface elevator is a pretty nice view, that and the large are of greenery surrounding the elevator.
The area just outside Haven's walls (the part you can access from just walking south from Haven) is also a nice quiet place to pop the question.
Or, if you both have RC access, the place is beautiful at night. I think I recall writing a poem about it once when I was staring off into the distance.
Ah, the memories of my first RC Knight and The Abandoned Depot, hanging out with Dimple the scant times he was there...

Campsites, and a balcony
I always liked those little camp sites with the campfires and sleeping bags. There are some located at the end of certain missions, like the wolver one, i think.
Also, in the Snarbolax mission, there's a really cool balcony that overlooks a lower level where players go to get a key. You can stand at the edge of the upper level and see the player down below - it's very Romeo and Juliet-ish. And the whole landscape of that mission is lush and wonderful.

Cradle has a lot of beautiful sights
The moonlit skydomes of lichenous lairs are pretty, even if the music there doesn't fall into a lovely category.
I think ice themed stratums have a nice feel to them. There are a few scenario rooms that include campfires, and one in particular that has invisible healing pads around the warm centerpiece. Snuggling up next to a special someone next to a campfire will always make me uncontrollably happy.
