When in an auction and you are outbidded. Your money can be returned to you by going to your mail and clicking on the mail and clicking accept. This is also for getting items you have won. I hope I am helping some people from getting confused.

Yeah this needs to be made more obvious and/or somehow integrated into the Auction House interface. Maybe have a note at the bottom of the Auction House's "My Bids" section or have a character near the Auction House that provides information on how the AH works?
Heck just add a Help tab to the AH interface which when clicked provides information.
