I think that there should be a dodge or evading move for the knights during combat to help aviod attacks. Some of the harder monsters can do it, why cant we?

that was helpful

nice smarmy answer.

The thought has occurred to me as those darn Gremlins hop around my bullets. An evasive maneuver or two (aside from just strafing around) might be a fun addition.

Sorry but I'm only helpful to

Sorry but I'm only helpful to people who aren't morons or idiots. We already have a damn dodge feature. In fact technically we have an extreme advantage over the monsters because we get a shield that gets to take many hits.

Dodge=move your butt, away from the attack. Don't stand there being cannon fodder and you wouldn't need a dodge button.

We also get auto lock.

You do know that the monster

You do know that the monster dodges are invincible, right? It's like a goddamn Tager backdash!

Dodging is an integral part to most action games, even newer Zelda titles have some usually. It's because movement is fun, or at least more fun than standing in one place with your shield up waiting to get hit.

Of course, SK's design may not benefit from it at this point, since it's hard to tell how hard already easy to out manouver enemies like jellies would get hit by this.
