Transaction failed, my money is gone and I didn't receive a Battle Pack.
I have a receipt from my online wallet.
I have filed support tickets on Steam and Spiral Knights support.

Spiral Knights support is silent, but Steam support has replied. They redirected me to my online wallet support. They in turn say everything went fine on their end and redirect me back to steam...
That's $25 lost forever apparently :/
i joined the game after the update and i am in the hall of heroes. i completed all the missions that give me elite orb of alchemistry. how do i get more? i have none and the missions that give are already completed.
If you filed a support ticket they are probably looking into it, just be patient. They may also be busy with other orders, or the system is down.
