Just as the title implies, me and my Guildmates have noticed that when frozen (be it by an enemy or a hazard), most guns that create knockback seem to... not fire, and instead create the light effect on the spot you are frozen (simiar to the effect you get while shooting inside an elevator pad).
This bug includes guns of the Pulsar family and Blaster family, and currently tested with no-knockback-inducing guns such as the Antigua series and Autogun series (Needle branch), to work as they should and hitting their target.
Can anyone attest to this aside from me and my buddies?

What's weird is I tested this with Plague Needle and couldn't get any shots off with it either.
I don't think it has so much to do with knockback as the shots just going fast enough to pass through yourself like they do with barriers.
