Anyone selling the vile striker recipe or the weapon for cheap? i looked on wiki and it said 2 diff NPC's sell it but it's never there. Also auction almost never has it.

Vile is 4* which means it's now a bind on craft weapon. So anything you see on AH was crafted before the patch and will likely sell for a premium price.
You can buy the recipe from Basil at terminals in t2 & t3 and craft it yourself. Keep doing runs or buy it from someone else. I sold one yesterday.
