Pets are unbalances pvp is unbalanced, weapons are unbalanced, drop rates are unbalanced, weakenesses are unbalanced and several other things are unbalanced.
Sirusly OOO if you need help, just admit it. Take some ideas off of how othee games balance eachother or take ideas from us.
OOO must not know how to balance anything obviously.(Sorry for spamming forums if it seems that way)

Although I do agree PvP is unbalanced, and some weapons are too, I don't understand how pets, drop rates, weaknesses, and several other things are, unbalanced. Care to explain?

Truthfully, those don't explain. I don't see how Maskeraith is better than Drakon, and most monsters deal split and pure damage, plus, there are some armors that do help with split damage.

Well.
By weaknesses I mean weakness on armor. The drakon is completely useless while a maskeraith is ridiculously overpowered in comparison.
Drop rates of crystals and orbs are so low it is like having the old system of crafting back, but you just pay about 200 more.

Split damage scales with damage boosts better than pure damage, since defense is a flat reduction, rather than a multiplier on damage dealt.
100 - 50 = 75 - 25
100*1.42 - 50 =/= 75*1.42 - 25

Well then.......
So, exaclty how is Drakon better, is what I'm asking. I, being a person who plays on tier 3 Elite mode with non-situational armor, don't see how armor in this game is such a big deal when it comes to regular play. And, finally, I hate to explain, there are 3 words explaining why:
Things have low drop rates
Why heating is worse
Why Battle Sprites take so long to level
And everything else concerned with the Battle Sprite Update

Actually weapons are not unbalanced. Spiral Knights is first and foremost a PvE game. There are some broken elements, like the uselessness of the WHB. But from what I've seen, the Blitz is getting a pretty fair balance actually.

From what you've seen? Do you not have one?
The only way that blitz is currently "balanced" is that there's only a pierce blitz needle and a lot of pierce-weak enemies are either low threat or have innate evasion. Against higher threat enemies who are pierce weak and not nearly as mobile, like trojans and vanaduke, the needle makes amazingly short work of them to the point it is the go-to weapon for killing them. Once other types of typed damage autoguns hit the market, say, a shadow autogun, you'll be seeing how broken they are when they have widespread application.
