First, you didn't state which UV you wanted. Then, you said you wanted a Max UV. Those don't exist.
You'll have to settle for a very high. Judging by your join date, you're a newbie, so that's acceptable. Unfortunately, do you have any idea how much a decent UV on a leviathan blade costs right now? Excess of 8k CE, I can assure you. I hope you have your bank account ready.

weapon UVs only go to Very High
