16,500 is way too low for an armor and helm with max uv. even each piece without any uv costs over 16,500. plus, 15 materials of your choice...... even with that added, its still not worth it

You're probably going to have to end up paying somewhere between 3000-5000 CE (or 225,000cr-375,000cr) for each Max UV . And since you're also looking for the 4* version, it'll probably cost a bit more.
