Instead of having just 24 colours to pick from when you make a new character have a full photoshop/MS paint styled hue, saturation, brightness selector and a place to enter a colour code (for more specific colours) that'll solve the problem of all those people asking for a white, black, grey, brown, gold or silver personal colours.Vatel will still sale all 24 standard colours however he'll also sell a undetermined colour change item (that's got a question mark for it's icon) for the standard 50kcr, once used it opens up a menu with the full colour selection panel and a place to enter a colour code.

Great idea but i think it should only be for those who are bothered. Also, black, white, silver, gold and are too mainstream, you would see it everywhere, kinda like how people choose red for blood.
